When we first opened our doors in 1971, Bolton was a quiet little village, just close enough to the big city to make visiting practical and yet far enough away not to affect the local values and lifestyle.

Thirty-eight years ago, we started offering great Italian food in unpretentious surroundings, at prices that made everyone happy. Today, while Bolton has changed dramatically, Baffo’s hasn’t. We still offer all the ingredients that made us the people’s choice in the beginning—great food—friendly service—comfortable surroundings and prices that families can still afford.

We are committed to continue to deliver an enjoyable eating experience, using only the finest ingredients, market fresh produce and one of the very few places where you can enjoy homemade pasta and sauces.
