Following the success of last year's event, the Bolton BIA is proud to present the Third Annual Ice Sculpting Event.

In keeping with the Christmas carol theme of this year's Santa Claus Parade, we have planned to carve a band of penguins singing Christmas carols along with Rudolph.

Once again the ice carvings will be done by ICECULTURE Inc.
